Cancellation Policy
The online booking service is for existing clients only. Please contact us if you would like your child to be tutored. TERMS A 24-hour notice is generally required to cancel sessions for both the tutor/coach and the client, whenever feasible. If you give more than 24 hours' notice, the session can be rescheduled to a convenient time during the next holiday. In emergencies or unexpected illnesses, please notify as soon as possible. Providing notice less than 24 hours in advance might still result in a charge, since the tutor spends time preparing and may have incurred costs such as printing and travel. This is especially important if payments are made in cash. If the tutor cancels, the session can be rescheduled on a mutually convenient date, usually during the next holiday. No charge will be applied for those paying cash. LATE OR NON-ATTENDANCE If sessions are not cancelled or rescheduled promptly, tutors will wait up to 20 minutes online or at the location. After this time, they will move on to the next appointment and charge the session fee; these fees are non-transferable. Tutors are not required to extend the scheduled time if the client arrives late. Conversely, if the tutor is late, they will compensate for the lost time during school holidays.
